Return & Refund Policy

Refund will only be available on defective items and all goods sold is not refundable.The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used (example: washed) OR damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Refund will only be credited in the form of our store credits via customer's registered account. Hazkil Group Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.

To avoid the increase of cost, shipping insurance cost will not be included.

All tracking of the shipment is solely the responsibility of the customers.  If the product is returned back to us due to unavailability of customer at the shipments address, reshipment will be charged. Krika will try to assist at whatever means possible.
